Step 1:  

Sign in to your Our Beautiful Family Account by going to https://ourbeautifulfamily.org and clicking Sign IN

Step 2: 

Go to your managed fundraisers and select "View All"

Step 3: 

Select the appropriate Fundraiser

Step 4: 
Once on your Adoption Fundraiser Dashboard scroll all the way to the bottom of the page 


Step 5: 
Once at the bottom of the page under the Adoption Grant Request section you will see your submitted request information.
