Step 1:  

Sign in to your Our Beautiful Family Account by going to https://ourbeautifulfamily.org and clicking Sign IN

Step 2: 

Go to your managed fundraisers and select "View All"

Step 3: 

Select the appropriate Fundraiser

Step 4: 
Once on your Adoption Fundraiser Dashboard scroll all the way to the bottom of the page 


Step 5: 
Once at the bottom of the page click the New Request button on the right of the Adoption Grant Request section

Step 6: 

Fill out the needed information, accept the terms and conditions and then click Submit

Step 7: 

Next its time to submit your needed documents. Go to https://ourbeautifulfamily.org/grant-request/ and fill out the needed information and submit your documentation. Once complete click Submit

Please Note: 

-All Grant Requests are reviewed weekly on Thursdays. Approved Grant Request are then disbursed within 5 to 10 business days.

-All Grant Request information (including documentation) must be received prior to your Grant Request being reviewed for a decision.

-Qualified adoption-related expenses are the necessary expenses incurred by the family for the adoption of an eligible child.

-These expenses typically include: Adoption Fees, Court Costs, Travel Expenses, Re-Adoption Expenses, and other necessary expenses directly related to the legal adoption of the child (learn more).

-Because Our Beautiful Family, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we follow IRS guidelines regarding grant decisions and disbursements to support adoptive families during their process of adoption.

-Grant Request documentation allows us to meet IRS guidelines regarding Personal Inurement benefits from public charities.
