How do I Cancel my Recurring Donation?

  • The donor them selves can cancle the donation by following these steps (HD Article) 
  • You as the Fundraiser Admin can cancel the donation by following these steps (HD Article) 

    Please Note: The following steps work for canceling any Payment Methods used for recurring donations including Apple Pay and PayPal. 


    The below video will walk you through how to Edit, Cancel or Pause a recurring donation. 




    Canceling a Recurring Donation: 


    Step 1:  Sign in to your Our Beautiful Family Account by going to https://ourbeautifulfamily.org and clicking Sign IN

    Step 2: click on Donations

    Step 3: click on Recurring Donations

    Step 4: click Cancel to end your recurring donation.
